Patricia Lechthaler passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Samaritan Hospital in Troy with her loving family at her side. She was 83.

Born in Brooklyn on November 26, 1929, Daughter of the late James and Bridgette (Quinn) Hodnett. She is the widow of Richard Lechthaler, Sr., who passed away in 1995.

Mrs. Lechthaler is survived by her children, Richard (Mary Adamson) Lechthaler, Jr. of Mechanicville, Patricia (Brion) McCarren of Brightwaters and Deborah (Gerard) Kump of Tuckahoe, her grandchildren, Richard Lechthaler III, Thomas Kump, Diana Kump and Elisabeth McCarren. Her brother, James Hodnett and 2 step grandchildren, Laura Ous of Galway and Michael Yanis of Schenectady as well as her cousins.

Relatives and friends may call from noon-2pm on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 319 Park Avenue, Mechanicville. Funeral services will be conducted in Long Island at the convenience of her family. Burial will be in the family plot in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale.
